So my alternator has gone kerfuct on my 4.8 and I'm have real trouble finding someone who can repair it or finding an affordable replacement :-(
I guess it doesn't help that I have the only 4.8 in the UK (as far as I know!). Nissan UK have quoted close to AU$2000 and want 6-8 weeks for delivery!
Most places in Aus that have them advertised won't ship to the Uk so I'm kinda stuck.
The part numbers I have are Nissan 23100-VC200 or Hitachi HAL-1110718B. I've also seen an alternate Nissan number of 23100-VD70A. Does anyone know if these parts are interchangeable/will fit my 2003? What's the difference?
Any suggestions as to sourcing an affordable one or others that will fit?
