Can any one tell me my braked and unbraked towing capacity? I understand that this will depend on the tow ball and bar setup but I want to know the standard capacity for the vehicle. 1992 Granroad Y60 Nissan Safari LWB.
I know this vehicle has been used towing upwards of 3 tonnes in the past. We actually stopped at a fonterra weigh bridge when the truck and boat were fully loaded and the combined vehicle mass came to 5.8 tonnes. And we comfortably handled that for a good 100km trip many times without trouble. Just wondering what the book says.
