I cannot look at these things as I start to get depressed... was looking a couple of years ago but have been told. Insert rifle here...lol

I know of a property only 35min away that is on 100 acres with 2 thirds bush and one cleared for $300,000+.... I love the property and often shoot there.

Same here. I know of a few up Whittlsea way at the moment which are somewhat my dream properties, but I cannot look at them as we're not in a position to buy/move, so I'd just get depressed like you say.
