Not going to harp on it but go to your doctor get some Champix tablets.
I smoked over 60 a day, more if I go camping with drinking and such.
Havent had a durry now for 3 years plus dont even think of them.
Mate if I can give up anyone can here to help, your body will thank you too.
Get onto those "E" smokes while you are quitting.
After quitting my weight stayed the same 83kg, been like that for years
and 183cm tall
