Hi All

I've just taken delivery of my new (late 2012) manual Gu8 and it goes like a dream, so much so that I was wondering if the previous owner had had it chipped (as he towed a caravan). Unlike some of the other comments regarding this car, it has great punch and pulls effortlessly and accelerates upto 120kmh (woops) really quickly, although I think the speedo is out by around 4kmh (checked with my gps speed).

My question is........Would it be that obvious by looking under the bonnet whether it has been chipped or not? I am not exactly sure where I should be looking, and of course if it has been chipped, I can cross it off my prospective shopping list

Any pics of where yours go would be helpful too.
