Please forward the correspondence from eBay Australia that confirmed that the account had been hacked and advise me also why Ebay, upon becoming aware that the account had been hacked did not restrict or remove the listing immediately? If your Credit Card got stolen the bank would immediately restrict its use.
My understanding is that we have entered a contract for Sale and supply of the item as per the rules of ebay. I have paid in good faith the full amount of your "Buy Now" plus the stipulated postage amount and i am clear that your obligation is to provide the item as per the listing. You note also that the item is located in Sydney and the delivery time is 2 to 7 days.
Please forward the despatch advice once the item is posted.

I think that we all should write different emails but use the same basic points. I am a little concerned even about this thread. Id hate to jeopardise our chances if the seller can present a conspiracy theory to eBay and have us all bumped.??? Or Not?
I felt a little sorry for the seller if it was some Aussie Bloke trying to make a living on eBay but i think its a larger Chinese company and they can give a little back
