Tried opening directly and just automaticly downloads the pdf with the link in it. Open it and link is not clickable. This is on a samsung s2 running android and opened with adobe. I have been able to download it to this phone before. I did manage to do it by manually typing in the link that was written in the pdf into another browser page. Frustratingly, I found the old pdf i downloaded years ago as i started downloading this one today. ''Slaps own forehead"

I will do some testing on the weekend but have never had an issue on the pc other than having 2 wait a few secs for the link 2 be click-able .
