Plasti Dip is sprayed on and gives a matt slightly rough finish. You can do wheels, panels, bullbar, wood, alloy etc. Many colours available and you can buy a gloss to make it shiny. It wont give a new paint smooth blingy look but great if you want to do some mods like different wheel colours etc. It can be pressure washed or drive through car wash without peeling. Best part is if you don't like the colour it peels straight off like a big sticker and leaves no damage, glue and protects clear coat.
I've seen it personally on cars and wheels. Change the colour and bling up your car, grille, bonnet, mirrors etc.
