Well today I received a phone call from Nissan Australia to say to take it to my local dealer and they will replace it with a new one in grey as the black ones are gone, yippee all the writing and talking has paid off. .

Pity it had to involve so much running around for you before they would agree to fix something they obviously know was a piece of shit from the start.
