the aircon works great in my GQ, nearly freezes my hand off, but I noticed the electric fan doesn't come on when the compressor kicks in (although there's plenty of airflow from the viscous fan). Is this normal? Will it only come on when things get really hot? Other cars I've had with viscous fans, always switched on the electric fan too when the a/c compressor kicked in.
