    Tailshaft too close to crosssmember

After I renewed the springs on my Y60 Wagon I noticed that the the rear tailshaft is awfully close to the round (welded in) crossmember just to the rear of the gear/transfer case.
The truck had 3" lift springs from previous owner but they were sagged by a good inch or more.
Ever since I renewed them I have noticed a rub mark on the tailshaft where its hitting the crossmember.
Now when the truck is stationary the clearance is only 5-10mm.
I don't like this situation and would like to remedy.
The gearbox crossmember doesn't seem to bent and the mount seems OK too.

Anyone noticed this with a lift kit in these trucks??
