FG Falcon a little bit down on power.

I want to tow our pop-top van with our 200,000k old FG Falcon. Whacked it on the dyno to see what it was doing and found it to be a little down on grunt, but still 157 kw at the rear wheels.

Its enough to make you concentrate when you push the go peddle.

The mechanics advice was to ditch the standard exhaust and add a larger CAT and headers.

I'm also still making a decision about the auto radiator cooler before the dreaded milkshake occurs. I don't know whether to just get a new radiator and/or add another cooler or just bypass the radiator.

Has anyone done these mods and what results did you get?

It makes more power at the wheels than my patrol. I'd just buy a carton of beer and be done with it.
