Exhaust brands, Big difference?

Hi, I'm looking at putting a 3" on my 2.8 Gu just wondering if one supplier is better or are they about the same.

Well of course brand name gear will be a garentee of quality and finish, and stainless..

But I went a playtime mild steel zinc exhaust with single muffler and fitted a Scott's rods 200cpi stainless cat to it..
Dea and play time only use 100cpi ceramic core cats, and are only 3" diameter..
The Scott's cat is a 4" body so still allows heaps of flow..
And is full stainless..

Mine has a nice subtle note and gentle turbo whistle,
And doesn't drone!!!!

You'll find just a muffler drones like a prick under acceleration..
And no muffler drones all the time..

FYI this is for my 3L crd, but being similar capacity it'll be a similar outcome I would think..

First you would be looking for mandrel bent pipe probable aluminized steel no point IMO buying Stainless steel.
You could even play one mob against another to get the price down.
But as Kallen said Brand names are where the quality is
