I dont know where to start with the kinugawa turbos... my turbo is too big so dont want to make the same mistake again.

if funds are tight then why don't you go back to a ht18 for now and save for a bigger pump and turbo later on mate.

You'll get one cheap cheap for now and do everything you need for a couple of years.

Your pump will only do so much so save and go the full upgrade later on.

I would love to also change to a low mount set up but the manifolds are few and far between it seems.

No its fine but would probably suit a 12mm pump to really get the most from it. The size under can still produce enough air to support 200rwkw but could be a nice option that could be used with a 11 or 12mm pump.
