Not sure what is going on but Norton reported a malicious add-0n whilst downloading so I aborted
all jokes aside norton is wrong. that file is 100% clean. it may look at the file and assume that (like i explained to clunk) because it is a container it could contain a virus. you have nothing to worry about bob.

ummmmmmm might be a daft question, but how do you change the pdf file to a jpeg or bitmap image?

you need to convert it using photoshop or acrobat pro. if you dont have those try a website like this one: http://pdf2jpg.net/ that will do it for you.
