    RLI (Paul) Update

As most of you would be aware one of our more colourfull members RLI (Paul) has been missing from the forum lately. I'm sure many are missing his entertaining stories and comments - I certainly am.

I've just been on the phone to Paul and I have his approval to post this update. He is currently in day eight of his new treatment, I won't go into detail but it's very debilitating and he's at a pretty low point.
He won't be on the forum until his health starts to pick up which unfortunatly is a slow process. Being the fighter he is, I'm sure that won't be to long though.

He mentioned there are a few on here waiting on some build/tuneup detail he was going to provide, he hasn't forgotten but you'll understand that will have to wait.

I'm sure we all wish him a speedy recovery to full health and some of the Vic members can look forward to catching up with him at the end of the year.

I'll keep you updated on his progress.
    Cheers
    Jack

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

Rest up Paul and we'll see you soon.

But in the meantime, here's a few ideas incase you dont go for the cummins in the patrol

and here is the biggest diesel in the world:
This is RT-flex96C - a two-stroke turbocharged diesel engine designed by the Finnish manufacturer Wärtsilä and is currently the largest and most powerful diesel engine in the world. Standing at 13.5 meters high and 26.59 meters long, it is almost as big as a small apartment. It weighs over 2,300 tonnes and its largest 14-cylinder version produces 80,080 kW of power.
