    Yeah, bit I don`t think we have the monopoly on lowered,chavved, undercar neon lighted,tyre burn out bums in the world. Granted we have our fair share though............

    I got a two inch lift on mine, saves me bottoming the rear out going over land.
    It is now official, we are not quite so sh@t at cricket as we were! Rugby Union is a different matter.

    The 8 valver, it was slightly quicker to 50 mph than the Evos, but they left it for dead after that. Still a bloody quick car that handled superbly as well.

    Got rid when daughter number 1 was born, I think I would have killed myself in that car. Got a Dedra turbo instead, that was no slouch either,very under rated cars.

    Mate of mine used to have a 1988 16v turbo but he felt it wasn't quick enough so got an import Nissan Pulsar GTI-R which was stupidly quick lol

    No Problems Hijacking here

    And it's really great to have the opinion of so many forum members - thanks all.
    OME wins! With a tie for second between Ironman and Pedders.

    And if I'm replacing Springs and Dampers - should I replace all the rubber bushes with Poly ?

    good Choice mate

    No definitely NOT.

    Leave teh Nissan Rubber bushes right where they are and replace them on a Needs basis with new quality Nissan Rubber bushes. Poly bushes are Junk and noisy and they tear out quickly.
    Its a Nissan! =====> Its a Keeper!! ....... Got a TD42 in it BONUS!! ....... I'm a lucky bugger! I've got 2 of em!

    The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.
