Window wipers/stereo not working...

ok, So my car wouldn't start so I got my bosses mate whos an auto elec and we pulled of the starter motor to give it a good clean, When I finally got the bolts loose it sparked out when I was pulling it down so I had to get him to quickly disconnect the battery, Now my window wipers front and back don't work same with the sprayer and the stereo also.
I've checked the fuses and they all seem fine, What else could it be?
I want to ask the auto elec bloke but he's just headed off to the mines to do some work

not anly fuses inside car but also by the battery did you check these

sorry for the late reply, was in sydney for the weekend.. Well I've worked out what I stupidly did. While the auto elec helped me with the starter motor he also pointed out the Ignition barrel is shitting itself at the back so he made me a few wires up to hotwire it in the morning, I didn't realize that the ignition barrel was also plugs to the window wipers, washers and stereo :/

Must have been not giving power through the Aux Contact of the switch
