I haven't noticed any difference with my spotties on the front either.
Can't say I have either, light bar is sleeker too so think you'll be pretty safe Healy!

You won't notice it mate. Leave it there and see how it goes, if you notice it running a bit warm then think about moving it.
Airflow with a Winch and Light bar will be absolutely fine! I run Lightforce 240s on the front of mine and that is 3 times the size of your light bar healy. Certainly way way way better than on top of your bar. The air flow disruption to your intercooler will be ridiculous.

Stop trying to get out of it Healy. You ain't gonna win. The light bar on top of the bar looks garbage and disrupts the already limited airflow into the IC.
