Air Con, only "ON"

i've got an issue with my a/c being stuck on at 18deg and the fan stuck at half power. i've pulled the fuse so the compressor isn't constantly on and cooling the world (my passenger window is broken out). No amount of button pushing will fix the issue. i was wondering is anyone had any similar problems??

The first thing I would do is check all fuses.

Then disconnect the connectors from the A/C control/switch panel. Leave them disconnected for about 20 minutes then reconnect.

Hopefully it just needs a reset.
