    Smile Newbie intro

Hi forum, just saying g'day. my name is John and I own a 2002 GU ZD30 Patrol, steel bar, winch, IPF lights and part of the Nissan anti detonation kit - oil catch can. My first fourby was a 83 Subaru wagon, then came an 89 Pajero, 04 Subaru Forester XT (only a soft roader but what a weapon), diesel 09 Pathy, 03 diesel Courier and at long last the Patrol. Don't do as much 4X4ing as I'd like but what I have done has been fun and sometimes a challenge. One thing I have come to dislike intensely is gated tracks. Aaaaaaaaaaargh!!!! And there is more appearing every time I go out (or try to).

PS I f anyone has a brand new TD42 they want to give away.......I'm your man.

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

    G'day John

Welcome to the forum. I worked out at Albatross twice as a youngin and loved the area. I'll bet Nowra has changed a bit since 1934? lol

    Take care out there.

    G'day John

Welcome mate, I share your frustration with all these bloody gates.
Over here in Perth more and more areas within say 50 to 60 kay of metro area that were regular haunts are now locked down.

Spare 4.2 mmmmmmm I'd like one of those.

    See ya around the forum.
