Fitted up some freebie spot lights and put on the 35s to give a run for a few days. Before I use them on a trip.

Fitted my new bonnet struts and took them for a quick test drive lol as you do.

@ mudski remove the boot and using contact spray glue, glue some 6mm foam[open cell] to the inside
should be able to make the rip near on invisible too, and quieter as well

The front end got a eight inch lift. Lol. No motor in it does this. Fecking looked wicked that high.

Gave the cab a good vacuum and clean and drilled some small holes in the front of the toolbox to let water and moisture drain out.

new dizzy cap, rotor, plugs and leads and air filter. the rest next weekend .

Started to install my new rear tail light assemblies today. Bought them off Ebay a while ago but hadn't time to fit them. They are fully wired and functional. Wiring worked out real easy. Found a rubber grommet at the bottom of both rear guards accessible from behind the light assemblies. Gives an easy run to either the trailer socket or both original lights in the bumper.
For the time being I'm going run all lamps in the new fittings but only the parker/tail lights in the bumpers. I may change it later, but for now this works for me and should not cause any fuse issues when towing the camper trailer.

New suspension bars front and rear. Everything except the radius arms. Also flipped the tail shaft.

Flushed the cooling system and added some fresh coolant, replaced the glow plugs. Just have to fix the cruise control service motor and replace all the gear oils now.
