sorry for not posting yesterday - was away for the long weekend (and pigged out tons).
94.4Kg today - gained 0.6kg from last week! Gutted :(
But back on it today, and gonna get my Wii fit out every night this week and work super hard.
This cold winter weather is really killin me though! The enthusiasm has totally gone - i just wanna hibernate! Brrrrrr!
120.9 kg someone stop this freekin yo-yo that's my last weigh in for 4 weeks guys n gals good luck to u all over the coming month. I will do my best to keep it up walks on the beach cocktail in hand hahaha catchas
Monday 20th June 2011 - 99.5kgs
As I forgot to weigh myself before breakfast, my weigh in this week was after breakfast (6 Wheatbix with Hi-Lo milk & 2 cups of white coffee)
and 35mins on treadmill with about .5lt of water. doh!!
Back on the horse for me, too.

93.2kg today . . . but am now getting used to the new food plan . . . . but finding those yummy nibbles are tempting me this week :(

HERE'S SOMETHING YOU MAY FIND INTERESTING.
Its said in many dietary studies that you should include "HEALTHY" snacks into your daily dietary plan as this has been proven to increase metabolic activity. (which means you burn more fat).
But the key word here being "HEALTHY" & it is possible. You can buy or even make up some of your own really yummy healthy snacks to keep in the cupboard or fridge to nibble on & its really good for you.....
The trick here is to have them on hand as it will stop you being temped to go for the not so healthy option.....

scale`s are broken again ....there stuck on 106.4 kgs hahahahaha
93.3kg today . . up 0.1kg from last week - back to where i was 2 weeks ago :(
But, to be totally honest i haven't made much effort this week, and spent most of the weekend with lots of alcohol in my system :)
This winter weather is hard to make an effort!

GOD, THE DEVIL & FAT
In the beginning God covered the earth with broccoli, cauliflower and spinach, with green, yellow and red vegetables of all kinds so Man and Woman would live long and healthy lives.
Then using God's bountiful gifts, Satan created Dairy Ice Cream and Magnums. And Satan said, 'You want hot fudge with that? And Man said, 'Yes!' And Woman said, 'I'll have one too with chocolate chips'. And lo they gained 10 pounds.
And God created the healthy yoghurt that woman might keep the figure that man found so fair.
And Satan brought forth white flour from the wheat and sugar from the cane and combined them. And Woman went from size 12 to size 14.
So God said, 'Try my fresh green salad'. And Satan presented Blue Cheese dressing and garlic croutons on the side. And Man and Woman unfastened their belts following the repast.
God then said 'I have sent you healthy vegetables and olive oil in which to cook them'.
And Satan brought forth deep fried coconut king prawns, butter-dipped lobster chunks and chicken fried steak, so big it needed its own platter, and Man's cholesterol went through the roof.
Then God brought forth the potato; naturally low in fat and brimming with potassium and good nutrition.
Then Satan peeled off the healthy skin and sliced the starchy centre into chips and deep-fried them in animal fats adding copious quantities of salt.. And Man put on more pounds. God then brought forth running shoes so that his Children might lose those extra pounds.
And Satan came forth with a cable TV with remote control so Man would not have to toil changing the channels. And Man and Woman laughed and cried before the flickering light and started wearing stretch jogging suits.
Then God gave lean beef so that Man might consume fewer calories and still satisfy his appetite.
And Satan created McDonalds and the 99p double cheeseburger. Then Satan said 'You want fries with that?' and Man replied, 'Yes, and super size 'em'. And Satan said, 'It is good.' And Man and Woman went into cardiac arrest..
God sighed ......... And created quadruple by-pass surgery.
And then ............ Satan chuckled and created the National Health Service.
THE FINAL WORD ON NUTRITION
After an exhaustive review of the research literature, here's the final word on nutrition and health.:
1. Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than us.

11/07/2011 - 98.2kg....loss of 300grams
Been around the same weight for weeks now. Time to drop it down a gear and let the turbo exercise kick in.
My missus complained that my be-hind is now too small! go figure.
Working on the love handles now. lol
i still recon the scales are stuck 106.7kgs today up a tad ....bugga
Hi all,
Just a quick one to say that I'm going to have to drop out for a while.
I travel back to England today as my step-mum is very ill.
We found out 3 months ago that she had a very aggressive type of lung cancer, caused by smoking. Now she only has a few days left, so I'm going to be with the family. She's only 51 so please hold her in your thoughts . . . . . . And for anyone who has recently quit smoking . . . . Don't start again! I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy . . . . My dad is just sitting there watching his wife/partner/best friend suffer this horrible disease.
Not trying to be depressing, just encouraging :)
All the best with the weight loss everyone - I will still be eating well, but access to scales and web may be limited.

Well ad ya all know I've been away and not near scales. Wifey says u look like yav lost weight (also ya no I've been enjoying the grog while away) well all me clothes are looser substantially than when we arrived! I've dun no PE as i was at home but have only eaten freshly made Thai food so can only credit this to fresh healthy food
I have eaten stir fried only and BBQ seafood hope I can keep the healthy diet up at home I will go back to no grog mon-thurs night
