    Nice!

I’m making up the following sauces

    Butter chicken
    Carbonara
    Spaghetti
    Beef stew
    Madras curry
    Marinara

    Then just the usual
Steak, snitty, sausages and frozen veges, etc.

That’s my only concern is do I have enough water to do my meals and lachys meals with 2 pots of water for each meal.

I was considering to just reheat the sauces as normal in saucepan and wipe clean.

I have 2x5 LTR water bottles and a usb pump, I reckon that will well and truly be enough plus a 24 pack of 600 ml drinking water. https://www.googleadservices.com/pag...BAgHEBo&adurl=

One last lake to cross. The Simpson Desert is awash after recent rain. Driving conditions were very difficult with long sections of muddy ruts covered in water. While none of our party got bogged, two 200 Series LandCruiser’s alternators died, and then completely ran out of power and stopped at Big Red. One was towed into Birdsville while the other needed assistance from Birdsville Hotel recovery vehicle. And we picked up a stranded motorcyclist. It was full on.42F001AB-6239-4F73-85E4-62E19B28418E.jpeg

Looked at a few different ideas for storage. Ended up with a couple kings 45l boxes and with a few of the clear top bags I think I'm sorted.
Last photo is of everything that was in the box.

FWIW: Thanks Stroppstar Legend Confirming yet again that Toyota’s V8 squeezy peazy was a schemozzle
Not sure which arse end of Japan (Datsun Ours Too) decided to engineer an alternator down low
Please don’t tell owners that for a measly $5k ++ they can purchase a sealed Aussie Alternator cooled via water (mine spec)
Personally, we’ll be sticking with our Patrol’s, at least they run the same sand track wheelbase front to rear without $14-$18k out of the SHOWROOM
