Ghee... Not sure how much i like that! i see Paint Rub being a big problem here mate.

Just having a second look. so there is a pad strapped to teh tail gate and then the bag hangs off the top. so swings around a bit on the track?

Im still trying to figure out what i will do about Rubbish.

Yea there is a padded section which wraps around the tailgate, then bag hooks on.
They have also supplied about 1m2 of clear vinyl to stick onto the tailgate to further protect the paintwork.

Yea it will move a little, but tbh probably not much more than the redback bags did on a 31' tyre..
