I’d like to thank here the two local bakeries for their comfort treats within 10km and our loyal bottleo attendant for his always helpful suggestions
I’m not kidding myself though, Covid is the real hero here, couldn’t have made it to this magnificent BMI without you lovely little helpful critters

My journey is almost mirror image, went to the Doc and blood pressure too high, overweight fat bastard, 105kg. Lose weight or else was the command. I started exercising during this latest 4 month lockdown and combined with no grog for the last 3 yrs, am down to 92kg, blood pressure on the money, look like I can get off the blood pressure pills as well, so That you Covid lockdown. Interesting the different outcomes eh?
