Awesome gents, we are pretty much done with the cook up.
Mini Chicken Skewer Entrees:
Chicken, Herbs, Spices = AB + MB
Mussel/Seafood Bouillabaisse:
Mussels, Prawns, Fish (Costco :-) ) = AB + MB
Dry White Wine (4L cheap cask) = Rossco
Chicken Stock (20L fresh is best) = Krisso
Tobasco Sauce (full small bottle for table) = Rossco
Crushed Tomatoes (5kg) = Bidja
Onions (brown 2kg) = Winnie
Garlic (5 bulbs) = Bidja
Celery (2 bunches) = mudski
Carrot's (2kg) = Winnie
Basil (2 big bunches/fresh is best) = mudski
Sides:
Mini French Bread Sticks 6" (1 for every man, woman, child, other) = Mudski.
(local bakery's can usually make them up with 48 hrs notice)
Butter (1.5kg) = Winnie
(For rolls and stewing down onions/garlic in big pot)
Not many spots left folks so I'll add some more things to bring.

Chances for me attending this year have just opened up slightly. I won't know till the very end though !!! I want to go so bad!
Is anybody camping out there, as in, not staying in cabins?
Is there spots there to setup a camp/swag?? Reason I'm asking is, since i'll be last minute and if no cabins available at that point, I'm just gonna swag it !
