I have decided to put my wieght up here for all to see as i am that disgusted with myself for having put so much back on after loosing it. bit over 2 yearsa ago i almost had a major stroke because i was just over the 160 mark with high blood preasure and beig prediabetic!!!!! work hard at loosing 30kg of it and then walked the six track to celebrate but alowed work etc to get in the way and put it all back on. so here we go again!!! when i was at my fittest,,,,, in the army,,,,,, my fitness level was up with professional athalets and i was only 79kg @ 6'3" would be happy if i could get down to under a 100kgs daily walks will have to become the order of the day agian. and proper food hard to do on shift work when your working nights all the time.
