I use google drive for storing data online which costs me around 2 bucks a month for about 100gb(you get free extras when using their products)
Obviously you can't link pics to forums, etc but I find it very useful and can download and upload to the forum pretty quickly

There might be some tricks you can do this as below mate.

And now with our new mod it would keep it local too...
