    Avo knows his tucker for sure, convinced me to start smoking venison rolls, TPC can recently vouch for the final tops flavour:-)

    That stuff was awesome, the whole weekend was a gourmet feast. I have been looking for a smoker to buy now.

    The gas flavoured 'Hark' was the big toolbox on its side vertical mate that we feed extended family functions with. Suggesting to Tony a smaller better coal smoker from a bloke we all know:-)

    Daves kit is on my wish list but the big smoker is what I am after first as I have a big family and entertain a lot.
