Cheers Mark. I just hate having things that are not quite right. I've always been like thing with every vehicle I have owned. Its the only thing I take pride in. Apart from my two beautiful daughters of course.... Lol. Next I want to see if I can vinyl weld somehow. Haven't Googled it yet but I'm sure theres a way. I have a small tear in one of the door trims which calls out to me everytime i get in the car and pokes its tongue out. No wreckers have the right trim I need. Or they do and its worse than mine.

The black washers are supposed to be. I asked for High tensile. So I can only assume they are. The silver ones I know are not. Prolly should have got high tensile for there. put that on the list... And for the nuts. To be honest I didn't think about using cone nuts. I will get those instead now. Thanks Mat... And I am in the process of pulling every suspension bolt out and applying Never Seize to the bolts. I swore by this stuff when using it on the axle shafts of my dirt bikes. Makes life soooo much easier when you need to remove a wheel to repair a flat in the middle of the bush.
I had to replace two bushes on the rear rh lower trialing arm only because the bolt was dry and it was grabbing on the inside of the bush and on full flex it just ripped the inside of the bush.

    Live and learn mate...

Anti seize Is a must - I use it on everything - including cable ties haha , not really but you get my drift .

Well i made a dogs breakfast welding two washers to the first bracket. Doesnt help when im supposed to be going out in an hour and im welding upside down and my arms twisted the wrong way. I can weld pretty good if im sitting or standing straight... lol
So ill have to cut these off and do it again soon.
With more time and thought about how to go about it.
