Good work nicko. You can do it mate, stay tuff through the first bit and it'll get easier.

I started smoking at 15 years and gave it up when I was 66 years so if I can give it up so can you Rusty.

One day at a time and keep yourself busy and you will make it.

We are all barracking for you mate

Top stuff Nic. I have been on and off the durries for years. Id go off for months, then back on them for a while but only having maybe one a day.
A good mate of mine was a fairly heavy smoker.
He got onto the electronic smokes. And solely uses this and has done so for three months so far.
I use one too now and i find it better than a real smoke. Plus its cheaper too.
The setup kits cost me $39 and that was three weeks ago and still haven't bought some more vapour oil yet. Which is around $15...
Plus you can puff away and you dont smell like smoke and no smoke taste left in your mouth.
This method has worked better for me than going cold or anything else.

    Good luck dude.

yeah mate been down the e-cig road, it didnt help lol, all i ended up doing was either breaking or losing it, so id go back to normal cigs till i got a replacement. ive spoken to my doc about it in the past too and because of my past heart troubles and medical situation i cant even take the drugs that help like champix. my skin and throat are to sensitive for the patches and gum lol so i just have to accept that unfortunately/fortunately cold turkey is the only way forward for me. i know i can do it, just need to keep reminding myself of being healthier and how much better my future will be with out them lol
I got red dust in my veins.
