Patrol has been sold, don`t need a full on 4x4 anymore and fuel costs were excessive. So gone back to a car that does more than 25 mpg.

Had ups and downs with the car, but overall it has always got me where I needed to go and carried what I needed to carry.

Been good fun on here and you guys have helped a lot. This is not a farewell post,i`m gonna pop in now and then just to annoy you..............

I think you lot will take the pee about this, but, I downsized to a Honda Accord diesel. Estate version. The Missus and I have had a few Hondas and all have been ok. Still got the wifes CRV if I need ground clearance on soft off road stuff.

Been a hard decision to sell the patrol, but running costs are hard to justify when I cannot remember the last time I needed to use the little gear stick. Cars are taxed on emissions over here, so less mpg, more tax and fuel costs.

I have heard there are some good Honda forums around that discuss drifting and douche douche music and compare the size of their sub-woofers.
