GQ RD28T wont start

hey guys Ive got a RD28T thats currently not starting . the issue first started with it being extremely hard to start , then it wouldnt start at all ive replaced the filter and bled it . ive got fuel to the injection pump . The dpf light is also on and wont turn off. does anyone have any sugguestions .
