I'll take you for a spin one day Jonathan. I've made this thing suitable for everyday driving, and I think I've finally succeeded. No more yelling at annoying noises from me...
IMO and should be taken with a grain of salt.

After fitting the general grabber at2's one thing became apparent, they are larger and do suck a bit more fuel to get moving, so attempting a few things on the injected tb42 to help its cause.
Pulled the extractors off to find that the ports are poorly matched.

Thanks to the carbon build up, I had a template to remove some material and prevent this area of slight blockage.
The extractors came with the oxygen sensor mounted on the cylinder 1, 2 and 3 tubes only, so I welded a bung onto the bottom so the oxygen sensor can get a proper reading of what the engine is doing. Ignore the bad welding...

Am also in the process of wrapping the exhaust in heat shield tape as well to assist in lowering under bonnet temps and increasing extractor efficiency.
Have read the pros and cons of the heat tape, so this is trial and error and will find out for myself what the outcome is.
IMO and should be taken with a grain of salt.

Must say after reading the entire thread. The way you use the socks in that type of sandals really was the coolest

Ahh crap, I actually realised when I took the photos that my feet were showing, so I purposley took new photos without my feet in them. But a couple of beers later and I totally forgot about uploading the correct pics. Too funny...

    Happy to hear Roesen.
Here is the exhaust all wrapped up.

    Re-installed into the patrol
