Well finished the trol. A clean intake manifold on, new glow plugs, new squirters and new fuel filter. A few pumps on the primer, cranked it over for 10 seconds, another few pumps and he fired up. Next to do is the lift pump mod. I might do a walkthrough on the process on the manifold removal, as it was pretty a daunting job. Theres a crap load of things that need to be removed.

Car just konked out. Error code 73 fuel pump communication error. Ugh!

I just reversed it through the garage roller door, as it wasn't all the way up before starting to reverse, spent the last 20 minutes trying to straighten it out.

My store man at work didn't have our back roller door all the way up and reversed the forklift out and smashed half the roller door. Cost us about a grand to get it fixed.
So don't feel too bad.
