EDS engine data scan vs Scanguage II

I don't think any of them can mate. The only thing they do read is the MAP. I don't know how accurate this is though , as my SG 2 and my boost gauge readings are miles apart...

MAP = Manifold Absolute Pressure which means it reads boost pressure + atmospheric pressure (usually add another 14.5 psi) hence the difference.
