Remove two M6 screw and using a longer M6 (must be a 10.9 screws , not a soft ones ) screws to bolt a piece of respectable solid , at least 14 mm thick flat iron with a central M12 screw you can improvise a puller .
In same way you can remove crank timing pinion , but must cut a M6 threads at a two oposite holes .
Best way to imobilise cranckshaft is using a special comb ( must remove starter ) , or work very very careful at timing setup without locking .
