I know you will hate hearing it but..... Call them, ask them to review the recorded notations from your July conversation. Ask to speak to the supervisor. Elevate the complaint and seek action. You should have no trouble sorting it out with the right person.

If they tell you they can't ask to speak to their supervisor and keep going up the chain until you can find the person with the power to make a decision. Expect to be on the phone for a good hour or more though. Hands free and loud speaker is your friend. Just keep at it, be patient and make sure you get a decision before you hang up.

I have settle quite a few cases with Telstra in my day. Never lost a case yet. Good luck bud

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

Im using their 24/7 chat thing which is proving to to be ok at the moment and I have progressed quite a bit which is good. Im a little more than frustrated with them and being able to type allows me to think a little more and be able to read what I write before I say it lol

Thanks Menace. I ended up lifting one end whilst leaving the u bolt on the other end still tightened & then repeating the same on the other end. The brackets I made to hold the higher door stops included new ‘lead ins’. I used a rope tied to a rafter, around the rolled up door & tied outside to the back of the Patrol after realising how easy it would be for the door to roll off the support brackets. (Had a ‘moment’). Still got ⅞ of a roll on the roller when the door is shut. All good now. Have raised the clearance height as much as I can, up by about 100mm which hopefully will be enough, but it’ll be very tight. Might still have to let some air out of the tyres.

Had the same thing happen to me recently. Had a wifi device cancelled and started a new contract with a new device etc

Then I went travelling for a few months to come back to a pile of bills from telstra and a few letters from recovery agents threatening me

Made a few phone calls which they were useless as. Tried the 24/7 chat with no luck. Just more frustrated. Then finally went into a telstra shop.

The guy in the telstra shop looked it up. Could see exactly where they went wrong. He rang Telstra for me. Told them they were idiots and to take the charge off and give me a credit for the stuff around. It was quite funny listening to him on the phone to them

Took a while but finally worked
