The car on the left is my GUIV running a 3" lift and a set of 315s. Loaded for touring when we did the Simpson in July this year. The rims a are 16x8 neg 22 I think and do not scrub and clear well. 16x10 seems excessive for a 315.

Thinking about it, the rear did bottom out and scrub the underside of the flare on the outer edge of the centre of the wheel arches on both sides, this seemed to happy when the car compressed level rather than cross flexed though. A 16x10 would be much worse.

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

I have a 3 inch flexi kit and 35's. I use 33's as dailys though. Only used my 35's three times since buying them back in March. But the 35's match the 3inch lift really good.it doesn't look over the top. 37's down here in Vic, you would be asking for trouble from the boys in blue. The 35's are still in the wrong but it's not real obvious with a 3inch lift.
    35's and 3inch next to 33's and a sagged 3inch.

Like megatexture, my 35's are also on -22 rims and the stance looks 'choice, Bro', I reckon -44 is way too much offset but thats just my opinion.

    Very similar to my rig.
I did find that the 35 (315) hankook's are a too big around town or towing and suck to much power trying to turn 'em so I will drop back to my 33 (305) Coopers for those applications
Dolphins are so smart that within a few weeks of captivity, they can train people to stand on the very edge of the pool and throw them fish.

Yeah the 35's for daily was a strain on rig. Being a 3ltr and all. 285's for the road, coopers too, but are shite, for me. 285's and my speedo is spot on too.
