You blokes are being a bit harsh. Poor driver has a terrible time of it driving a Land Rover.

I tow a lot and I park like that many times.....
As for the poor Land Rover I rang the council as I was told as long as I took 3 photo's of the front,back and the windscreen then the council could issue fines but when I rang them they said NO... the bloke even said he had an argument with his supervisor over it and that they could not issue fines based on members of the public sending in photo's yet I can dob you in for dropping litter and a lit ciggy is a $512 fine through the EPA ?????
Possibly handicapped between the ears? Not always visible so you need to look for other indicators

Dropped in the supermarket this morning so my son could buy some gear and a clown had parked across two disabled spots.
However there was just enough room for me to park in one very close to his car. needless to say he came out before my son and couldn't get in his car RLMFAO.
Just waiting for my son then just reversed out and went on my way. He was not happy, but stuff him, how hard is it to park between two white lines, they are even further apart in the disabled bays, lol
