Fitted the fridge to the slide, it's a bit tight with the cover on but it should be ok, I may trim the thread on the bolts so it doesn't tear the cover.

Think I had another win in the annoying sounds department. There was something tapping behind the dash, it was inconsistent and I had spent so many times trying to find it. I pulled the gauge cluster out for better access and fiddled with everything, trying to replicate the sound. Found a couple of factory looms running ontop of the steering column that appeared to make the annoying sound. Couple of cable ties and a drive around and I haven't been able to get the sound again. Happy days! Patrol is almost completely "annoying sound" free.
IMO and should be taken with a grain of salt.

Installed ferrets light bracket and LEd light and Co, rear light. Didn't get a chance to wire anything, ran out of daylight. Looks good.

Haha id do you a favour and sort them out for you. Had to get my patrol inspected the other day (nsw annual anal stuff) and the mechanic was impressed with the patrol. Said it was very tight and that it would last a lifetime.

I would be worried if my mechanic was impressed how tight my nsw anal stuff was...
My advice is: not to follow my advice.

Removed steering wheel airbag and had a look what would it take to retrofit audio controls on the steering wheel. Removed stereo to check if the harness is there for remote control. Checked on FAST for parts and gave up.

    Cheers
