Manual on switch for aircon fan.

Slogging away up a hill , or through the bush, towing a trailer lower gear and poor air flow to the engine.
Taxing the cooling system 1 would think hey.

Just got around to fitting a manual switch for the aircon fan.
Fitting a relay under the cover beside battery.
Led illuminated switch in dashboard, connected up to the ignition and relay.
tapped relay pos out into the fan plug pos side next to headlight and wala.
Can now switch fan on interdependently of aircon for a bit more air flow.
without over taxing things having the aircon on also.

It also helps having a larger fan fitted.
Also guess 20% improvement aircon worked better.
14" fan replacing the std 10" fan.

    Cool.
    IF IT'S NOT A NISSAN.
    THEN IT'S A COMPROMISE

I had to do this on my old XF with the 351 short block as the temps would climb at traffic lights, worked a treat!

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.
