G'day Clunk. Glad to be on board - and to have such a great reception from the forum. Recently relocated to the Kingdom of Swaziland! Have just bought a 4.2D '98 model and am very keen to get using it. In past years have used a 4.2/4.5 and recently 4.8 petrol models and loved them. Having only owned a Land Cruiser (4.2D no turbo) I loved the idea of a similar vehicle and the Patrol seemed a really good alternative. Looking forward to sharing my experiences and learning from those folks who have had theirs much longer. Will post photos as soon as I can figure out how to do it.

There's a couple of help threads explaining how to load photos but if you having problems just sing out an we'll assist as much as possible. We're a friendly bunch, so don't be shy.

hi people got my first car 99 gu patrol 2.8l TD. does any one know what turbo upgrade would be great for it

Just joined up having boight my first Patrol. The site is an eye opener and provides superb information for a new entrant. Look forward to learning lots more and hopefully contributing some.

Welcome Aboard !!! I’m abit spasmodic with visits myself of late BUT I can tell you that this Patrol Community is just plain AWESOME …. So much experience & knowledge to be gained.

Clunk - sorry for delayed response. I have a 4.2D no turbo. Have not figured out how to download photos onto the site yet but working on it..... I live in Swaziland which is wedged between South Africa and Mozambique.
