I lost 8kg in the last month just because I stopped drinking Coke and eating less crap, not doing any extra exercise or anything.

I now weigh more than I've ever done in my life.
Reckon I could do to lose about 8% of my body weight.
Currently 67kg. Aiming for 62kg.
Stop laughing ya fat bastards.
Every one of my kilos that needs to go will be harder to lose than every 5kgs for most of you!
