    Or you can be stupid like me and have rods for lake fishing, rods for river fishing, rods for trolling, rods for whiting, rods for snapper, rods for squid, general purpose rods(rarely used), rods for beach fishing.     I guess what I'm trying to say is I waste too much money on fishing.
    The most important thing to remember is "to just go wet a line, who cares what you catch or with what. The thrill of the wait and anticipation of the bite is what gets me going, that and the JD cans and my inbuilt pacemaker/defibrillator.
