Had a look at that plate its to suite a alloy bar but i sent them an email to see if will work for me thanks again .

just need to cut out the front of the original bumper bar as they do with the ally bull bar have seen it done

Ok cool i did find this place in europe that do it, im waiting for a price from them and it goes straight in no mods needed heres a pic of one of the cradles i found.

I have winch mounted into my factory ti bar. Its a telstra winch cradle they had for the telstra patrols. The cradle "my third" lists looks like the same. Or you might find a second hand winch bar for a little more than the cradle.
