Well, after a full week away for school holidays, eating like a pig, drinking every day and doing nothing but lazing on a beach, fishing, etc, I can safely say it is not the best method of losing weight - lets put this one down to "scientific research"!! lol
118.1kgs and rosy red cheeks of embarrassment that I've 'found' nearly 4 kgs whilst away ...

Pass this week. I've been away (and am still there) at the beach and will weigh in next week. All that I can say is that I need a belt with my size 36 pants and now fit into M shirts! There has been a lot of BS & T involved. See you all next week.
