Is my MK a Spanish model?

Finally managed to open the glovebox which had not been opened for many years and it looks unused. I noticed the tyre pressure instructions are in english and spanish..which made me suspect this could be a spanish model. Anyone have a similar sticker...and where did yours originate from?

My guess is the tyre placard would be a spanish release issue.
