    im getting death wobels at 80-100km in my 91 GQ

    could this be caused from my steering dampner?

    beem 4wding in mud lately? mud in your rims? that's what happens to me if not cleaned right

    hey, yer been 4wdriving but not in mud, it started doing it after i went down this dirt road that was relly bumpy!

    If it's a violent shake it will be panhard rod bushes, Minor shake could be a lot of things.

    Like Tony said, panhard bushes,
    Check wheel bearings also. Had the ol death wobbles recently and got wheel bearings adjusted and all good until went bush again.

    Can also be the shims.
    Bust as above check panhard bushes wheel bearings steering damper and wheel balance.

    yer it violent so it must be the panhard thanks heaps for that!

    Silly question, but you haven't thrown a wheel weight have you? A bumpy road and a loose wheel weight could end like this for sure. Check your wheel balance.

    nar that what i was thinking at first, so went and got a wheel balance and new steering dampper but was still doing it, after tony said the panhard bushes i got under and had a look at em and there fulling to bits so ive found the prob. A BIG thanks to tony and everyone thats help me out on this one!!

    all fixed it was the panhard rod bushes whooop whooooop!
